He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert O'Reilly and Eleanor O'Reilly (Warden). He is survived by: his wife Mariane O'Reilly (Browne); his children, Catherine (Philip Ehrig), Margaret (John Testa), Christine O'Reilly and James R. O'Reilly, Jr.; his grandchildren, Philip, Colleen, Peter, Maraena, Seana, Leo, Ava, Miles, Madeline, Colin and Grace; and his brother John S. O'Reilly (Judith). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Ann's Catholic Church.
