With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jane M. Roethlein of Allentown, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 23, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband David E. Appel; her parents, Jean Gertrude (Henry) and J. Hewitt Kahn; her sister Jacqueline Kahn; and her brother-in-law Robert Rank.

She is survived by: her children, Erik (Chrissy), Adam and Daniele; her sisters, JoAnn Fluck (Jim), Janet Drumheller (Scott) and Jill Rank; and her niece Angelina. She is also survived by four grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
