She was predeceased by: her spouse Dale A. Bentz; her parents, Edward Herman and Sarah Herman (Ervin); her siblings, Raymond Herman, William Herman, Walter Herman, Charles Herman, Robert Herman, Pauline Brown and Viola Laubach; and her siblings-in-law, Jack Shollenberger and Dolores Herman.
She is survived by: her daughter Kris Smith (Brian) of Allentown; her granddaughter Karisa Wagner (Kyle) of Walnutport; and her siblings, Richard Herman of Allentown and Marilyn Shollenberger of Slatington.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in care of the funeral home, P.O. Box 196 Schnecksville, PA 18078-0196.
