He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold J. Brightbill and Betty J. Brightbill; his close friend Patricia Boltz of Nanticoke; his children, Kelly B. Brightbill of Allentown and Ethan B. Brightbill of Logan, UT; and his sister Leslie J. Brightbill (Deborah Brightbill Welsh) of Reading.
