With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan A. Plarr of Allentown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 19, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Joan is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wieder and Anna Wieder (Sittler). She is survived by: her husband Albert J. Plarr, Jr.; her daughter Debra L. Schultz (Earl); her daughter-in-law Becky Plarr; her sisters, Mary Ann Wagner and Susan Garver; and her grandchildren, Kelly White, Matthew Schultz and Maxwell Plarr. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
