He was predeceased by: his parents, John Clipper II and Thelma Clipper (Hughes); and his brother Edward Clipper. He is survived by: his wife Joan D. Clipper (Houseknecht); his son John Robert Clipper (Jill) of Allentown; his sister Lucille Evans of Williamsport; and his grandchildren, Justin and Jamie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
