With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John D. Van Brakle MD (Allentown, Pennsylvania), born in York, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 17, 2024 at the age of 75. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John D. Van Brakle MD to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Jerome D. "Jerry" Brakle and Ruth Van Brakle (Smith); his wife Debi (Smith); his son Rev. David S. Van Brakle; and his brother James Van Brakle.

He is survived by : his daughter Mollee E. Griffith (John); his daughter-in-law Erica R. Van Brakle of Lawrenceville, NJ; his sister Karen Worley (Dan) of Latimore Township; and his grandchildren, Ethan, William, Adylin, Poppy and Jane.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church (4601 Tilghman St, Allentown, PA 18104).
