He is survived by: his parents, John Foley Sr. and Mary Foley; his wife Shelly (Rodgers); his children, Kierra Anne Foley of Philadelphia, Kevin William Giltz (Sabrina) of Hawley, PA and Justin Christopher Giltz of Pittston, PA; and his siblings, Michael Foley and Margaret Foley.
