He is survived by: his wife Susan (Oh); his daughter Catherine Cupps (Jeff) of Richmond, VA.; his siblings, Nancy Kushick of Fern Glen, PA, Margaret Borneisen of Wake Forest, NC., Robert Mulligan (Bette) of Jim Thorpe, PA and Edward Mulligan (Priscilla) of Myrtle Beach, SC.; his grandchildren, Allison Hallberg (Basil) of Richmond, VA and Emily Sak (Matt) of Baltimore, MD.; and his great grandchildren, Cecilia Hallberg and Reed Hallberg.
