He was predeceased by: his wife Emma K. Feinour (Baker); his parents, Oliver D. Feinour and Edith Feinour (Printz); and his children, Donna Lee Harold (Stephen), Dale A. Feinour and David B. Feinour.
He is survived by: his daughter Diane K. Metz (Robert) of The Villages, FL; his grandchildren, Stephen Harold, John Harold, Scott Metz, Jeffrey Metz, Christopher Feinour and Nicole Dismuke; and his daughter-in-law Sandra Feinour of Santa Ana, CA.. He is also survived by Great-grandchildren.
