We announce the death of John Sedovy of Allentown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 7, 2026, at the age of 87. John will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Sedovy and Helen Sedovy (Hrizuk); and his daughter Bonnie Jo Sedovy. He is survived by: his wife Penny (Reimer); his children, Lee Ann (Jordy Harwi) of Orefield, Pennsylvania and Dr. John David Sedovy (Rhonda) of Lexington, Virginia; his sister Ann (late Burton Cohen); his grandchildren, Ty Sedovy, Elizabeth Harwi, Meghan Sedovy Kransz (Mark), Christopher Sedovy (Emily) and John Ryan Sedovy; and his great grandchild Sawyer Sedovy.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bethany Church (1208 Brookside Rd, Allentown, PA 18106). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jack's memory to Bethany Church.
