He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Alyssa Kreps; and his former wife Carol J. David (Bilger). He is survived by: his children, Alice David, Lisa Ford, Joseph David, Charles David and Wendy David. He is also survived by grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
