He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Biggs and Mary Biggs (Vari); and his siblings, Lillian Briggs (Roll Hall) and William Biggs. He is survived by: his children, Cole James Biggs (Karen) and Britt Lynn Tagg; and his granddaughter Avary Biggs.
