With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph P. Billera of Allentown, Pennsylvania, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on February 28, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Gloria Billera (Cocca); and his daughters, Roseanne Roman (George) of Allentown, Lisa Anderson (Al) of Fogelsville, Patricia Wohlforth (Rick) of Delay Beach, FL and Renee Nuthall (Richard) of Redondo Beach, CA. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren and 5 Great-Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Lehigh Valley Hospice.
