She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth L Rhine; her parents, Luther A. Hutchinson and Catherine H. Hutchinson (Spangler); her son-in-law Fred G. Bartlett; and her siblings, Katherine Fulmer, Florence Yocum, Nellie Mathew, Bella Ely, Ruth Corcorran, Emma Tice and Luther Hutchinson.
She is survived by: her children, Joanne R. Jones (Scott) of Allentown, Jayne R. Bartlett of Allentown and Dr. Larry K. Rhine (Sandy) of Breinigsville; her grandchildren, Michelle Anderson (Josh), Michael Bartlett (Talia), Eric Bartlett, Mark Rhine (Chrissy), Lauren Rhine, Natalie Mann (Chris), Heather Jones and Ryan Jones (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Jayce, Bryce Rhine, Alani and Ryson Jones; and her sister Betty Beicher of Atlanta, GA..
