She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Henry and Selma Compton (Johnston); and her significant other Frederick Joseph Richardson III. She is survived by: her spouse H. S.; her children, Frederick J. Richardson IV (Lori) of Sykesville, MD, Karen M. Topper (Stephen) of Lancaster, Sharon M. Trupia of York, Philip L. Richardson (Jeanne) of Lancaster and Mary K. Reigh (Daniel) of Quakertown; and her brothers, Vestal Compton of Bowie, MD, Herman Compton of Franklin, DE, Hubert Compton of Franklin, DE, Edward Compton (Earlene) of Baltimore, MD, Donald Compton (Mary) of Cottage City, MD and LeRoy Compton (Connie) of West Virginia.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas More Church (1040 Flexer Ave, Allentown, PA 18103). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery (1300 Bladensburg Rd NE, Washington, DC 20002).
