He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence A. Baughman and Alverta M. Baughman (Seehoffer); and his sister Cherie. He is survived by: his wife Gloria A. (Springer); his sons, Daren (Nancy) of Raleigh, NC and Brice (Lisa); his grandchildren, Emily, Brieana and Alexis; and his nephew Shawn Smeltzer.
