She was predeceased by: her parents, Fahad Jarrouj and Zakiyeh Jarrouj (Azar); her husband George J. Ishak Sr.; her son Ghassan; and her siblings, Hizza Gerrouge, Radwan Jarrouj, Ayoub Jarrouj, Sonia Azar and Moutiaa Nehme.
She is survived by: her son George of Allentown; her sisters, Renee Elias of Pittsburgh and Yesmine Koval of Coplay; and her granddaughter Allison Ishak. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
