She was predeceased by: her spouse Ralston L. Arndt; her parents, Morris Mest and Helen Mest (Hoffman); and her sister June Hoffman. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Richmond and Ruthann D. Arndt (Bill Dunkle); her grandchildren, James Richmond, Jr., Joshua Richmond, Holly Billera and Ashley Clever; and her great grandchildren, Jaydon, Skyler, Hailey, Emily, Gavin, Thea and Elowyn.
