He was predeceased by: his wife Maria I. Ildefonso (Santiago); and his parents, Juan Ildefonso and Juana Ildefonso (Rios). He is survived by: his daughters, Iris Cardona, Sonia Gutierrez, Milagros Mileto, Lizbeth Ildefonso and Tina Ildefonso; and his siblings, Johnny Ildefonso, Manuel Ildefonso, Elda Maldonado and Eligia Ildefonso.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (3442 NY-112, Coram, NY 11727).
