She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Sipler and Monema Sipler. She is survived by: her children, George Quigg, Barbara Jo Dunbar, Susan, James Quigg, Patricia Taschler and Robert Quigg. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and extended family.
