He was predeceased by: his parents, Manly H Offutt Sr. and Marie Offutt (Cahill); and his grandchildren, Corey Offutt and Jenna Souders. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Marie Offutt (Hopper); his daughter Melissa; his granddaughter Nicolette; and his great grandchild Rocky.
