He was predeceased by: his wife Francine W. Kramer; and his parents, Alfred Kramer and Dorothy Kramer (Epp). He is survived by: his children, Shannon Kramer (Keith Sims) and Erin Kramer (Brandi Draper). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
