He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul M. Ritter and Hattie P. Ritter (Wagner); and his brothers, Carl Ritter and Frederick Ritter. He is survived by: his wife Rosanne Ritter (Best); his children, Timothy Ritter (Andrea Hamilton) and Lynn A. Lewis; and his grandchildren, Ashley and Jacob Lentz.
