As Mary departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Mary may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Mary leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph J. Vanek; her parents, John Bunganich and Mary Ann Bunganich; and her daughter Carol Mitrus. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Ann Metzger (Pharon) of New Tripoli, PA and Linda Dughi of Warren Center, PA. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
