It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merlyn Dale Sutton of Allentown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 7, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Merlyn leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Merlyn may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Floyd Miles and Florence Ethel Sutton (Snyder); his daughter Audra Marie Sutton (Wade A. Lawton) of Easton; his granddaughter Ashley Marie Ostrander; his great grandchild Chase Owen Spieles; and his siblings, Carol Linda Sutton of Easton and Merrill Mark Sutton (Bob Lawson) of Clearwater, FL..
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hay's Cemetery (703 Iron St, Easton, PA 18042).
