He was predeceased by : his father Victor Harry Clouse Sr. Michael; and his brother Douglas M. Clouse. He is survived by : his mother Barbara Clouse (Skrip) of East Stroudsburg; his siblings, Annette Clouse of East Stroudsburg, Michelle Miller (Brian) of East Stroudsburg and Thomas Clouse of Georgia; and his girlfriend Jennifer Teets. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family in care of the Bensing-Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street Stroudsburg PA 18360.
