He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Keiser, Sr. and Shirley Keiser (Musselman). He is survived by: his daughter Amber M. Keiser of Kintnersville; his granddaughter Aliyana Watson; and his nieces, Aliena, Vanessa and Tina.
