He was predeceased by: his wife Maxine Miller (Karess); his parents, Philip Miller and Pauline Miller (Taradash); and his sister Sylvia Gutman. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Daniel Miller and Attorney Marla Melman (Jay Melman); his grandchildren, Michael, David, Adam and Dana; and his great grandchild Nathan.
