He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Belick and Alice Belick (Young). He is survived by: his wife Teri (Wyker); his children, Laura Beaver, Nichole Belick, Julie Belick and Paul J. Belick Jr.; his stepchildren, Nicole Bennett, James Bennett and Jennifer Bennett; his sisters, Caroline Danielson and Mary Jane Belick; his mother-in-law Henrietta Wyker; and his sisters-in-law, Judy Schneider (Tony), Kelli Holzman (Jeff), Lori Fox (Tom) and Katie Mello (Jon). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
