She was predeceased by: her father Levi Miller; and her husband George T. Frack, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Gary Frack (Barbara) of Allentown and Audrey Frack Faust (Bruce) of Allentown; her grandchildren, Bryan Frack of Allentown, Tricia Jordan (Oliver) of Fairfax, VA and Amber Murphy (Daniel) of Macungie; her great grandchildren, Makena, Kylen Jordan, Gray and Reese Murphy; and her brother Ronald Miller (Lucille) of Zionsville.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to her church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
