She was predeceased by: her husband Jackie A. Minich; her parents, Emanuel Korn and Eve Korn (Blackwell); and her siblings, Emanuel, Elias, Celestia Ferraira and Eve O'Toole.
She is survived by: her daughter Jacqueline (Michael Penkauskas) of Alburtis; her grandchildren, Kristina M. (Mark Confer) and Clinton M. Penkauskas (Melanie); and her great grandchildren, Jeffrey, Brandon Confer, Carlie and Chase Penkauskas.
