He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Spero and Florence Spero of Cleveland. He is survived by: his sons, Benjamin Spero (Jenna), Alexander Spero and Samuel Spero; his siblings, Sarah Spero Fordonski (Shmuel Mordecai) of Detroit and Shmuel Avigdor Spero of Toronto; his brother-in-law Joshua Gilinsky of New York City; and his siblings' children, Chaya Gittel Polirer (Jonathan), Tzvi Shlomo Fordonski (Bashi), Avrohom Dov Fordonski (Elisheva), Yosef Boruch Fordonski (Chavi), Akiva Shalom Fordonski (Miriam), Naomi Devor (Eli), Dovi Spero (Pnina), Yitzi Spero, Mordechai Meyer Spero and Yisroel Zev Spero.
