He was predeceased by: his parents, William Decker and Marie Decker (Cassidy); and his brother William Decker. He is survived by: his wife Linda B. Decker (Mongilutz); his children, Lori A. King (Ken D'Encarnacao) of Breinigsville and Jason D. Decker (Melissa) of Zionsville; his grandchildren, Michael (Devon), Melissa (Dillon Weidner), Brian, Zack, Taylor and Lucas; his stepgrandson Matthew D'Encarnacao; his great grandchildren, Harper King, Emmet King and Elliana Weidner; his stepgreat-granddaughter Eva D'Encarnacao; and his brother Robert Decker (Diane).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Heintzelman-Stephens Funeral Home (274 N Krocks Rd, Allentown, PA 18106). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
