He was predeceased by: his brother Marvin R. Dengler; and his niece Stacey R. Dengler. He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Fritzinger (Robert) of Allentown, Kathleen Peltz (William) of Huntersville, Terry R. Dengler (Darlene) and Randy M. Dengler of Slatington; his sister-in-law Patricia Dengler (Buss) of Allentown; and his girlfriend Elaine E. Leh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in care of the funeral home, P.O. Box 196 Schnecksville, PA 18078-0196.
