He was predeceased by: his parents, Durward Hulbert and Luella Hulbert; his wife Joan Hamlen Hulbert; his brother Dewey; and his son Rick.
He is survived by: his children, Marrianne Hulbert (Bill), Mark Hulbert (Joyce), Woody Hulbert (Rosie) and Brett Hulbert (Sandra); and his sister Judy Herndon. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
