He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Stephens and Goldie Stephens (Bors); and his brothers, Anthony Jr. and Kenneth Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Rita A. Stephens (Elite); his daughter Janice; and his grandchildren, Brianna, Nicholas and Samantha.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Salvation Army.
