He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth K. Burch (Kraynak); his parents, George L. T. Burch Sr. and Mildred H. Burch (Schenewolf); his son Robert E. Burch, Jr.; and his siblings, George Jr., Edwin Burch, Ruth Kunkle, Anna Kraynak, Frances Stephens and Barbara Keefer.
He is survived by: his children, William (Jean), David (Elva) and Diane (Richard); and his sisters, Mildred "Pete" Sell, June Handley, Elizabeth Medernach and Lynette O'Callahan. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren; 9 Great Grandchildren.
