He is survived by: his sons, Jason J. Sotak (Michelle) of Nashville, TN and Sean F. Sotak (Maria Dulce) of Mt. Juliet, TN; and his grandchildren, Susan Rahal (Andrew) and Antonio Cabuenos Sotak.
