He is survived by: his father David Terwilliger; his brother Vincent Kucinskas; his stepbrother Ed Dvorak; his uncle William Terwilliger; his aunts, Diane Pagliaro (Jeffrey) and Sharon Keane (Michael); and his cousins, Theodore Pagliaro (Breanna) and Samantha Keane.
