It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Lynn Cope of Allentown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 3, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Marsilio and Pearl Marsilio (Astleford); and her sister Diane Marsilio. She is survived by: her husband Ted; her children, Edward "Teddy" Cope (Lisa Ross), Lori Merrill (Edward) and Timothy Cope (Tara); her sister Carol Miller (Douglas); her grandchildren, Ryan, Angela, Zachary, Alexandra, Nicholas, Isabella and Maya; and her great grandchildren, Aurora, Grayson, Ivy, Matthew and Juliana.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM and at 10:00 AM at the Heintzelman-Stephens Funeral Home (274 N Krocks Rd, Allentown, PA 18106).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church, Tunnels to Towers Foundation (https://t2t.org), St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
