She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel B. Chapkovich; her father Scheirer; and her stepfather Donald I. D. Miller. She is survived by: her mother Eleanor Mae Miller of Allentown; her sons, Cory J. Chapkovich (Kelly) of Allentown, Bailey B. Chapkovich of Allentown and Cody A. Chapkovich (Chelsea) of Macungie; her sister Beth Shoemaker (Ken McBee) of Allentown; her granddaughters, Sara and Kayla Chapkovich; and her niece Kelsea Kunkle of Allentown.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Burkholder Funeral Home (1601 Hamilton St, Allentown, PA 18102). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
