She was predeceased by: her parents, George Nuss and Mildred Nuss (Laubach); her brother George Jr.; and her great grandchild Kassandra. She is survived by: her husband Richard C. Schaffer; her children, Matthew J. (Terri) of Palmyra, VA, Michael P. (Cheryl) of Slatington, John C. (Angela) of Wellington, OH, Natalie L. (late Larry Ziegenfuss) of Laurys Station and Lisa A. (Marvin Dengler, Jr) of Neffs; and her sister Betty (late Carl Urffer) of Emmaus. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
