She was predeceased by: her parents, William B. Purcell and Florence Purcell (Gerhardt); and her siblings, Stanley, Morris, David, Sandra and Barbara.
She is survived by: her husband William H Stout, Jr.; and her children, Letticia Mulford (John), Kimberlee Achey, Sue Higgins (James), Dianna Hummer, William Stout (Kimberly) and Anthony Stout (Sonya). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
