He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen, Sr. Kosik and Mae Kosik (Dornheim); and his siblings, Anna DeGomo and Julius Kosik. He is survived by: his girlfriend Dolores L. Lahr; his close friend Dolores; and his brother Charlie Kosik. He is also survived by five children, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
