He was predeceased by: his wife Sally A. Kocis (Wible); and his father Dr. Methodius J. Kocis. He is survived by: his mother Theresa A. Kocis (Bobowski); his sons, Jason Kocis (Julia) and Justin Kocis (Cherise); his grandchildren, Caleb and Harper Kocis; his brothers, Joe (Barbara), Mark (Judy), Jon (Matt) and James (Vicki); his nieces and nephews, Scott, Kaitlyn, Ashton, Dillon and Jon; and his sisters-in-law, Susanne, Lisa and Bella.
Contributions: In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Justin and Cherise Kocis for the purpose of establishing an educational fund for Tom's grandchildren.
