He is survived by: his children, Christopher Kober (Marcie) and Jennifer Van Den Elzen (Micheal); his grandchildren, Logan Kober, Reese Kober, Bella Kober, Jade Kober, Macy Van Den Elzen and Reid Van Den Elzen; his sister Jane Lagosky; and his cousin Shelly Ryan (Kober). He is also survived by cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a youth sports program or athletic organization of the donor's choice in Tom's memory.
