She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter and Veronica Carni (Fartel); and her husband Alojz "Louie" Mencigar. She is survived by: her son Joseph "Pete" Mencigar.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cantelmi Funeral Home (1311 Broadway, Fountain Hill, PA 18015). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Contributions: In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Vera's name to Blessed Trinity Lutheran Church at Rosemont- 1705 W Broad St, Bethlehem, PA 18018.
