He was predeceased by: his brother Gus Turner. He is survived by: his children, Anita Beard, Theresa Romain (Reggie), Tonia Lloyd, Marsha Rollins (Leo) and Walter Lloyd Jr.; and his siblings, George "Lucky" Lloyd, Otis Lloyd and Gloria Lloyd. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, a host of nieces & nephews.
Although Ducie had a laid-back nature, he had a zest for life and enjoyed spending his time staying active by working out, golfing, fishing, bowling, going out to dinner and the movies despite battling Parkinson's Disease.
