He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mitana and Mary Mitana (Mokris); and his brother John W. Mitana. He is survived by: his nephew John W. Mitana, III (Deborah); his niece Diane E. Jamison; and his sister-in-law Joyce E. Mitana.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Saviour Cemetery (2575 Linden St, Bethlehem, PA 18017).
